We ship worldwide from Switzerland. We deliver within a few days of receiving your order. You can see the exact delivery time in the checkout in the online shop.

Switzerland

Delivery is free of charge with Standard B-Post letter directly to your home or to the delivery address of your choice.

PostPac Priority Shipping Switzerland 1-2 working days incl. (shipment tracking)

Europe

For deliveries within Europe we charge a flat shipping fee of 7.90 CHF. For orders over 50.00 CHF, shipping is free.

Europe 3-5 working days

International

Within Europe we charge a flat shipping fee of 10.90 CHF per delivery. For orders over 60.00 CHF, there are no shipping costs.

International 7-15 working days

Customs duties / taxes
All packages are shipped from Switzerland. Shipping costs do not include customs fees or taxes that may apply to international orders. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check the regulations in your country as payment of these duties may be required to release your order.

Undeliverable or refused packages
Packages that cannot be delivered and are returned due to an incorrect delivery address or because they were not picked up at the post office for any reason are non-refundable. Shipping costs are also non-refundable.
